These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nakkatto (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Nakkatto provides software-generated market analytics, graded trade ideas, probabilities, and estimates for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is, or should be construed as, investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Nakkatto is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and does not provide personalized investment advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
Trading options and other securities involves a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your entire investment, sometimes rapidly. Options can expire worthless. Past performance, AI-generated reads, probabilities, and graded setups are estimates only and do not guarantee future results. Prices shown may be delayed or estimated and may differ from your broker's live quotes. Trade only what you can afford to lose, and consult a licensed financial professional before trading.
The Service lets you connect your own third-party brokerage account (e.g., via Alpaca Connect or Tradier) using OAuth. When you connect, you authorize Nakkatto to access your account information and to submit orders at your direction. For ordinary use, every order requires your explicit on-screen confirmation; Nakkatto does not place orders automatically. Nakkatto does not custody funds or securities and does not execute trades itself — your broker does. Your broker's own terms, approvals (including options-trading approval levels), and risk disclosures apply. Nakkatto does not warrant that any connected app or order will work as advertised or expected.
If you voluntarily enroll in a "Challenge," you separately and explicitly authorize Nakkatto to automatically place and close option trades on your behalf in your connected account, on a recurring basis and without per-order confirmation, according to the challenge's published rules — until you leave the challenge. Challenges run on PAPER (simulated) accounts only and involve no real money. Nakkatto does not currently offer automated trading of real funds. You may leave a challenge at any time, which stops new automated trades. Automated outcomes are estimates for education only, can lose 100% of simulated premium, and are not advice; you remain responsible for understanding the rules and risks before enrolling.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nakkatto and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including trading losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.
You must be of legal age and legally permitted to trade securities in your jurisdiction. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Community features (public leaderboards and shared trades) are opt-in. If you enable them, your chosen public alias and derived trade statistics become visible to other users; your email address is never shown publicly. You are responsible for content you post, must not post unlawful, misleading, or abusive content, and grant us a licence to display it within the Service. We may remove content and revoke access at our discretion. You can turn off public visibility or delete shared content at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
